Please be aware that all crystals are natural and unique and come with their own natural flaws from growth. No crystal is 100% perfect and natural flaws bring a beautiful character that adds to the beauty of each piece.

Your crystals will be wrapped safely and securely prior to shipping and all packaging will ensure that they are safe and arrive to you just as they are supposed to.

You can find out about your crystals on the Crystal Properties page on the Looby Moon website (if your crystal is not there then feel free to message and ask for more information via insta or TT).

INTERNATIONAL (Ireland/US);

Please be aware that there is a possibility that you will receive customs charges in addition to the cost paid for your Looby Moon items. This is something we cannot control. As the customer, you will be responsible for paying these charges once your parcel reaches your country.

Please also be aware that Looby Moon has made the shipping costs to your location as cheap as possible based on the items being shipped and the weight of these items.
